The video, rapidly circulated on social media platforms, depicts a motorcyclist being intercepted by several revelers who proceed to apply colors to the women riding pillion, despite their visible resistance. This aggressive behavior prompted intervention from the Bijnor Police.
Following the incident, which took place on Saturday while the victims were on their way to a local pharmacy, law enforcement authorities used CCTV footage to identify and detain three additional suspects implicated in the harassment.
